1. Hackers must be an active student enrolled in an accredited university or equivalent educational program.
  2. Teams may consist of no more than 5 students.
  3. Hackers are required to work on projects between Friday, March 8, 2019 at 5:00pm EST to Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 10:15am EST. Hackers may work between the Friday night and Saturday morning session.
  4. All submissions must be fully completed on this site by 10:15am EST.
  5. Our hackathon is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of the following:
    1. gender
    2. gender identity and expression
    3. age
    4. sexual orientation
    5. disability
    6. physical appearance
    7. body size
    8. race
    9. ethnicity
    10. nationality
    11. religion
    12. previous hackathon attendance or lack of
    13. computing experience or lack of
    14. chosen programming language or tech stack
  6. We do not tolerate harassment of hackathon participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate at any hackathon venue, this includes the following:
    1. hacks
    2. talks, presentations, or demos
    3. workshops
    4. any parties associated to the hackathon
    5. social media
    6. any other online media

Hackathon participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the hackathon at the discretion of the hackathon organizers.
